Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sessions are prepaid.

Clients may cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.

If a client cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time, the client is eligible for a 50% refund and Coach With Cody retains 50% of the session fee as a late-cancellation fee.

No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are eligible for a 50% refund only.

Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled session time and do not create a prorated refund.

If Cody needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the client may choose either a free reschedule or a full refund.

Emergency exceptions may be considered at Cody's discretion, but are not guaranteed.
